PRAYER NUGGETS( Friday 18th August 2023)
Leviticus 2:1-2
“ ‘When anyone brings a grain offering to the Lord, their offering is to be of the finest flour. They are to pour olive oil on it, put incense on it, and take it to Aaron’s sons the priests. The priest shall take a handful of the flour and oil, together with all the incense, and burn this as a memorial portion on the altar, a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord.”
Our God is perfect in every way and deserves the finest of sacrifices. Lord, we pledge a sacrifice like that of Abel and Abraham. Though sacrificial but pleasing to you. May the meditations of our hearts and the offerings from our hands be acceptable in your sight, O Lord. Daily incense represents the prayers from our lips. They will continually be lifted up to you. You are glorious and majestic in all your ways. No evil is found in you but rather holiness and righteousness. You are Jehovah, who is enthroned on high. Worthy, worthy, are you, Lord, to receive glory and honour and power forever and ever. Alleluya!!!
Luke 6:45
A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.
Lord, I want to be like Jesus in every way. Purify my heart, Lord, and give me the grace to pursue what is right and just in your sight. May righteous seeds emanate from within me, so I can truly be like the light that shines in darkness. May the anointing that breaks yokes equip me to bring righteousness to reign in families and communities. Lord, I desire to do your will to honour you by my life and action in this generation. By your grace, I will fulfil the prophetic word that credits me with the ability to rebuild the ancient ruins and repair broken walls. Praise be your holy name, O Lord. Alleluya!!
God bless you, and thanks for praying.
