DAILY PRAYER NUGGETS(Thursday 27th April 2023)

1. Isaiah 54:10
Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed, says the Lord, who has compassion on you.

Our Wonderful Father and Lord, how can we describe you? The One who is most gracious; for while we were yet sinners , you bestowed so much love on us. Receive our praise, O Lord, our God who is rich in mercy. You forgave us our sins and cleansed us from all unrighteousness. Who can compare with you, O Lord, glorious in love and abounding in kindness towards those that seek Him. You give peace to us that can not be fully understood. We deserved judgement, but we received reconciliation and compassion. Your covenant of sonship to all who believe truly is unshakeable because you are faithful to your promises. May your name O Lord be praised forever and ever. Amen!!!

2. Samuel 7:2-4
The ark remained at Kiriath Jearim a long time—twenty years in all. Then all the people of Israel turned back to the Lord. So Samuel said to all the Israelites, “If you are returning to the Lord with all your hearts, then rid yourselves of the foreign gods and the Ashtoreths and commit yourselves to the Lord and serve him only, and he will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines. So the Israelites put away their Baals and Ashtoreths and served the Lord only.

O Lord, do not turn your face away from us because of our sins. In any way, we have turned our back on you, Lord, forgive and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We bring our nation and people before you today, O Lord, and ask that you do not regard our iniquities because if you do, no one will stand. We receive the spirit of revival for our churches and communities. Like sheep, many have gone astray, but this is the season of spiritual restoration. Revive us, O Lord, and do not cast us away. We reject all enticing religious practices that are not of our righteous God and pledge to walk in spirit and in truth today and always in Jesus’ name. Amen!!!

God bless you, and thanks for praying.
