DAILY PRAYER NUGGETS (Saturday 22nd April 2023)
Acts 2:1-3
When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly, a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them.
Lord, we are in the season of your visitation. We welcome your holy fire afresh in our lives, and may we be touched as you pass by. Your glorious presence is awesome, liberating, and empowering. In the year that King Uzziah died (Isaiah 6), Isaiah saw the Lord in His temple, and his life changed from then on. Lord, we join the hosts of heaven and the saints of the kingdom to welcome you afresh in our lives and to experience your divine touch. Your fire heals, and may we be healed; your fire sanctifies, and may we be sanctified; your fire transforms, and may we be transformed. Our hands are lifted in worship to the great I AM, who lives forever and ever. Alleluya!!!
Matthew 13:24-25
Jesus told them another parable: The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat and went away.
I am not ignorant of Satan’s devices. He comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but it is declared in scripture that the child of God is victorious and more than conquerors. I stand against Satan’s devices to pollute God’s blessings in my life in the name of Jesus. Every wicked ” bad eye” against what God is doing in my life, be destroyed in the name of Jesus. All contrary seeds that my heavenly Father has not planted be destroyed in the name of Jesus. I shall not labour and have some other person reap the fruit of my labour. I declare that my harvest shall come in complete and blessed in the name of Jesus. My Father is the Lord of the harvest, and together, we resist all evil interlopers to the glory of the Lord. Alleluya!!!
God bless you, and thanks for praying.
